Get on A64 heading for York, when you have bypassed Malton look out for a sign for Welburn, Bulmer & Castle Howard. Turn right off the A64 when you see this sign and go through the village of Welburn. Head straight across the next crossroads straight through the village of Bulmer. Proceed down Bulmer Bank, then after about 1 mile turn right when you see a sign for High Stittenham. Hall Farm, is the house that meets you at the top of the lane, just pull to the right of the triangle then 1st left and you will see a guest parking area.
At the end of York By Pass stay on the A64 going towards Scarborough. After about 5 miles you will see a sign for Flaxton & Sheriff Hutton. Turn left at the sign then go through the village of Flaxton over the level crossing. Take the 2nd turn on the right after the level crossing (around half mile) which is signposted High Stittenham. Go all the way to the end of the road where you reach a T junction turn right then after 200 yards turn left for High Stittenham. Hall farm is the house facing you, bear to the right of the triangle then first left and you will see a guest parking area there.
